Cozy 2BR - 5 min to City Center - Amazing Location

The host was excellent in instructions, answering questions and providing tips. The location was exactly what we were looking for during our stay. The building has excellent security. I would definitely rebook for our next year’s stay!

The host was a breeze to speak to and the communication back was very quick. The location was very clean and just perfect for our stay! I would highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Toronto!

The property was as described, pictures were accurate. This is a very big building, lobby often crowded, elevators sometimes struggling to keep up with the volume of people! Very well located for sightseeing, transit, groceries, restaurants. The neighbourhood is a bit rough, but that's downtown in any big city, really. The property manager was incredibly responsive - for example when I mentioned that there weren't enough hangers, she had some delivered that evening. The apartment is not fancy, but adequately clean and equipped. The twin bed is very soft - a preference, not a problem. There are no shelves or drawers - a small dresser tucked into the huge closet in the big bedroom would be a welcome addition.

The condo is clean. It’s pretty small though, so it isn’t very suitable for more than three people. Unfortunately, the tv wasn’t able to access the internet during our stay, so the unit wasn’t exactly as described because that was missing. The area is central and easy to get to places, however I wouldn’t suggest walking east of there. There are two parks with encampments and a homeless shelter close by, so that area didn’t feel very safe to us. Building maintenance was being done so we didn’t have hot water for a few hours after check in. The check in process was decent, but the host didn’t tell us we needed the fob to access the elevator. Luckily someone else showed us what to do. The host was responsive to messages. I’d give this 3.5 out of 5 stars overall.
